Conor Webb is Partner, Operations at TenOneTen Ventures, bringing more than 15 years of venture capital experience spanning both direct investing and fund operations. Before joining TenOneTen, Conor was a Principal at ff Venture Capital (now Forefront Venture Partners), a New York-based early-stage VC firm focused on enterprise software. At ff VC, he was involved in sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management across the firm's investments. Conor started his career at Park Street Capital, where he gained foundational experience in investing, investor relations, and fund accounting — skills that translate directly into his operations role at TenOneTen. At TenOneTen, Conor manages fund operations, LP relations, portfolio reporting, and the operational infrastructure that supports the firm's investing activities. His background in both the investing and operations sides of venture capital gives him a unique perspective on firm management.
