Conor Webb is Partner, Operations at TenOneTen Ventures, bringing more than 15 years of venture capital
experience spanning both direct investing and fund operations.
Before joining TenOneTen in September 2024, Conor was a Principal at ff Venture
Capital (ffVC, now Forefront Venture Partners), one of the top-performing seed/early-stage VC
firms in New York. ffVC invested in 90+ companies with aggregate portfolio value exceeding $4 billion.
At ffVC, Conor focused on enterprise software, AI, FinTech, InsurTech, robotics, and PropTech β performing
due diligence, industry research, and leading fund operations and portfolio compliance.
Conor started his career at Park Street Capital, a multi-billion dollar PE/VC-focused
fund-of-funds, where he spent 6+ years as a Senior Associate progressing through investing, investor relations,
and fund accounting. This gave him both LP-side and GP-side experience. He also interned at Seven Peaks
Ventures (Oregon's premier early-stage VC) during his MBA at UT Austin.
At TenOneTen, Conor brings operational discipline to fund management, LP relations, portfolio reporting,
and the infrastructure supporting the firm's investing activities. His thesis: "any new tech fully
disrupting a traditionally non-tech friendly industry." He looks for founders with passion
for the space combined with financial acumen.
