James S. Moffatt is a Venture Partner at TenOneTen Ventures and the former Chairman and CEO of
Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he spent a 32-year career (~1987–2018) advising Fortune 500
companies across healthcare, crisis management, and digital transformation.
Elected Chairman & CEO of Deloitte Consulting in May 2011, Jim led ~25,000 consultants
through a period where Consulting became Deloitte's fastest-growing and most profitable
business unit, generating nearly half of firm revenue. He then served as CEO of Deloitte Global

completing eleven acquisitions, and launching ventures in China, Germany, India, Japan, and Mexico.
Jim championed pro bono initiatives that transformed Deloitte's community involvement
from ad-hoc projects into a strategic skills-based volunteering program, earning White House
recognition for "creating significant societal impact."
Post-Deloitte, Jim founded JSM Advisors and serves on boards including First Hawaiian
Inc. (NASDAQ: FHB, Chair of Risk Committee), Icertis (AI contract intelligence),
